I feel a little bad docking a star off of this because it is actually an insufferably adorable product and my cat took an instant liking to it. With that said, the cave has no real structural support to speak of, it sort of just flops around anytime something brushes it. My cat's a goofball so he doesn't mind this, but often the very act of him crawling inside tends to roll this thing around a bit, which results in him actually laying more on its back or sides. It's very cute and I certainly don't regret buying it.
I was iffy and was afraid I may be wasting my money, turns out I shouldn't have been worried at all. I have 2 cats, one large (fat black cat!) 15lbs and the smaller orange'ish one 7 lbs. I figured one of them would fit. I really didn't think my big one would, she proved me wrong lol. I get people commenting how cute it is, and everyone starts singing the shark song that gets stuck in your head when they see it!
This bed is absolutely adorable! My small cat (8.5 pounds) loves it and will curl up in here on an almost daily basis. It is definitely not for bigger dogs or cats. I have a 12 pound cat and she won't even attempt to go in but it's the perfect size for my little guy and he looks so cute in there. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a comfortable and really cute bed for their small pet.
The cats were allover these the minute I put them down, one was still on the table after unpacking and a cat was in it.
They are having a great time with these, ambushing each other and dragging them around the room.
