PETSTREAT has many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
We ship to almost all countries across the world.
We do not ship to the following countries:-
- North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran
Processing time for each order is 1-3 working days & items usually arrives within 15-20 working days from the date of order.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

In rare cases, if your items do not arrive within 40 working days, please send us an email at hello@pets-treat.com and we shall find the whereabouts of your order. In case you have not received your order within 90 days, then we will give you a full refund.
